This is an 8 week commitment.

Together we will find new habits, different practices, and create a space for YOU to take care of YOU. Whether it's just the constant daily, mental load, or perhaps the reoccurring symptoms of anxiety, grief, or depression, these simple practices will allow you to more easily regulate your emotions and find a place of peace. Learning to appreciate the simple joys, and building momentum off of those.

Your "Boot Camp" Plan will be individualized to you and the things you need. Together, you and I will come up with 3 Goals to work towards for your 8 week program.

In this 8 week 1:1 Program you will receive:

Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions 1 hour (Choice of In Person/ Virtual)
*Here we will work on a mindfulness or emotional regulation strategy to practice and implement into your everyday life.

Weekly 1:1 Phone Call Check-In
*This 15 minute session will let us check in on the strategies you are practicing and allow me to answer any questions or help you work through a stressors.

Weekly Mindful Meet Up Invitation!
*During your Boot Camp duration, you are invited to join my weekly Mindful Meet Up either in person or virtually. Here we set aside 30 minutes to take care of you while practicing belly breathing, mindful activities, and lessening the mental load!

Inspirational Reminders and Journal prompts
*Sent via Text or Email throughout your entire Boot Camp. Allow these to bring you confidence on your journey.

This programs allows you to work with me, up to 4X a week, coaching you through your stress and anxiety!
